The movie follows a case of murders that is given to the detectives and a police veteran for investigation. The case is actually depicting the reality of the city’s bad past. Marcus is the name of the policeman who works under his dad. Detective Zeke Banks and Detective William Schenk are the two detectives who found that someone is there in their department who is with the killer. Banks is also having some conflicts with his department from the past times. Now, the murderer is targeting the bad fellows of Zeke.
